My name is Aaron and I am thrilled you chose “Chateau de la Montagne” – Castle by the Mountain based on KING Street in Searchmont for your getaway!
My wife Catherine, two daughters Dillon & Sydney along with myself have all put a lot of work in on this chalet to allow us to visit Searchmont a few times throughout the year. Our family resides in Muskoka full time, while my wife and I grew up in the Soo and still have family there, this allows our family to come more often. It has always been a dream of mine to return to the Soo area one day, we are building out our future while allowing others to enjoy it also. We are opening our chalet up for others to visit and experience what Searchmont has to offer. We ask that you treat our home as you would your own.
Whether you are visiting to ski/snowboard, snowmobile, hunt, fish or just relax, we want you to feel at home and worry free. This house is equip with unlimited wifi, Bell Satelite TV, Sonos Sound, Bluetooth Music in the bathroom, Full Kitchen, BBQ, Propane on demand furnace, and a full ski/snowmobile gear room in the basement. We ask that you leave skis and snowboards outside when wet and full of snow, dry gear can be stored in the basement.
